Here are few points to keep in mind while you do it.
Make a to do list
Make a list that contains all the work to be done. Mention all the small to bigger tasks
you need to do. Once you write all the tasks that has to be done according to importance,
urgency, and reward of each task you can proceed.
Highlight the important one
Once the to-do-list is ready highlight all the important tasks and start with those at first.
Make sure to mention the deadlines of each task and then plan ahead.
Don’t think of multitasking
Avoid the competing of priorities, this the problem of the people in low power that they
think they can do multiple things in a single go. But most of the time this creates a lot of
mess and the important ones are left undone. The tactic of being focused on one task is
the right way to do your work.

Be realistic
